Eligible Returns
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Defective Items (Size Issues or Change of Mind)
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods or personal care items (where applicable)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping
- Items still in transit

Return Shipping Costs
Clifton Vale covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, please allow:
- 1–3 business days for inspection
- 3–7 business days for approval and processing
- 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. In rare cases, the full process may take up to 30 days.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped must go through the standard return process.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, returned in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
