All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each order is carefully prepared by our fulfillment team and undergoes a quality inspection before shipment.

During promotional periods, holiday seasons, or times of increased demand, fulfillment may take up to 3–8 business days before your order ships.

In some cases, additional verification may be required for payment or shipping details. If we need any information to complete your order, our team will contact you via email. To avoid delays, please monitor your inbox after placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Average standard shipping time is 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment throughout its journey.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Because customs fees vary by country and local regulations, we are unable to estimate these costs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that orders returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes may not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures, as these processes are controlled entirely by local customs authorities.

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered may be eligible for a replacement shipment after investigation.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional review before a replacement or refund can be issued.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, including updating the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been forwarded to our fulfillment center.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our return policy.
